Sartorius is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the team serving the Mountain and Mid-West regions. The Mountain region includes Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Montana, and Idaho. The Mid-west region includes Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. The ideal candidate will reside in Denver, Colorado.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Provide exceptional customer care and build positive relationships with customers.
• Provide technical support to customers in case of issues.
• Coordinate workflow to minimize unnecessary travel and travel to customers by ground, train, and air as needed.
• Train customers on the use and operation of Bio Analytics instruments.
• Perform field service, calibration, installation of complex mechanical systems, preventative maintenance, and sterilizations.
• Assist with resolving IT issues related to Bio Analytics system installations, perform software updates/upgrades.
• Draft documentation of processes and procedures as required.
• Keep accurate records of parts and service activities.
• Produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reports and customer estimates.
• Identify leads and pass them to the sales manager.
• Lift items weighing up to 35 kg.
• Support up to 50-75% overnight travel for field service activities.

What will convince us:

• Associate's degree or certifications in engineering, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant Field Service Engineer experience.
• Minimum 3 years of field service experience in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to travel to various customer sites across the specified states.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing skills in mechanical, electrical, and IT areas.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Lift items up to 35 kg.

Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and car allowance.
