Job summary

Accuray is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the EIMEA region, home-office based in the Lyon area, France. You will install, diagnose, and maintain radiotherapy systems, provide remote and on-site support, and travel as needed to hospitals and clinics.

You will collaborate with the Global Customer Service group, participate in product and tool development, and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent by experience.
• Preferably 2 years’ hands-on experience in Field Service and troubleshooting complex equipment.
• Good hardware/software skills with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain Accuray products on site or remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with clinical equipment.
• Manage schedules, document work in service software, and return parts promptly.
• Provide training to on-site personnel and develop service tools with the team.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met and travel as required.
