Job summary

Brainlab seeks a home-office based Field Service Engineer to support radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems across Europe, based in Warsaw. The role requires installation, diagnosis, maintenance and repair of complex devices, with extensive travel and customer interaction.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, ensure calibration and preventive maintenance, and coordinate with trainer teams to deliver excellent service across Spain, Portugal and other European regions.

Qualifications

Degree or certification in Medical Physics or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of informatics and networking topics.
Good knowledge of linear accelerators is an advantage.
Experience in service/maintenance in robotics or electro-mechanics.
Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
Excellent social, teamwork and self-management skills.
Willingness to travel ~80% of the time.
Motivated self-starters with interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for customers in your region and Europe.
Provide after-sales service including diagnosis, maintenance and repairs.
Calibrate equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
Interact with customers and communicate technical information clearly.
Coordinate training with dedicated trainer teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
