Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Electrical Engineering Services and Systems team is seeking an entry‑level Field Service Engineer in a structured development program. You’ll work on electrical power distribution equipment, deliver technical solutions to customers, and gain hands‑on experience across diverse environments.

As a new engineer, you’ll receive a formal training curriculum with mentoring, travel to customer sites, and exposure to both technical and future leadership roles within Eaton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution with graduation date before August 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• At least one internship/co‑op or 3 months in a technician/maintenance role with machines or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering tasks including design, testing, or investigations.
• Generate service reports on work, performance, and warranties.
