Eaton Corporation is seeking candidates for its Early Career Program in Field Service Engineering in the United States. You will gain a strong technical foundation while working in diverse customer environments, delivering solutions throughout the power distribution system.

The program includes structured training, mentor support, and opportunities across 32 service branches, with a base salary of $82,000 plus a signing bonus of $6,000. Eligible for overtime and travel premiums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, with graduation before Aug 2027.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 overall.
• At least 3 months internship/co‑op or equivalent technician experience.
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering assignments including design, testing, or studies.
• Display proficiency in: Test Equipment Operation, Troubleshooting, Protective Relays, Power Quality Measurements.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance and warranties.
