Job summary

The program prepares you for technical and leadership roles, with a clear path through instructor-led sessions, virtual classrooms, eLearning, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution with graduation before Aug 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8.
• At least one internship/co‑op or 3 months technician/maintenance experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar visa programs.
• Must relocate within the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
• Preferred qualifications include an electrical/mechanical/mechatronics degree, GPA 3.2+, and power industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering tasks including design, testing, and process studies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in test equipment operation, troubleshooting, protective relays, power quality measurements, disaster recovery, rotating machinery, and protection & control design.
• Generate timely service reports on work, performance and warranties.
