Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Service Engineer through its Early Career Development program in the United States. You will work on electrical power distribution projects, deliver technical solutions to customers, and perform advanced engineering tasks under expert mentorship.

The program blends on‑the‑job training with classroom learning to prepare you for leadership roles. You will gain hands‑on experience in diverse customer environments, complete the EESS curriculum, and receive a structured path

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering; graduation before Aug 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8.
• At least 3 months internship/coop or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned electrical power distribution projects.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering assignments including design/testing/research.
• Display proficiency in test equipment operation, troubleshooting, power quality measurements, and protection design.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance and warranties.
