Job summary
Eaton Corporation is seeking candidates for its Field Service Engineer development program in the United States. You will gain a strong technical foundation in power distribution while working with diverse customers and locations, preparing you for future leadership roles.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution, graduation date before August 2027.
- Minimum GPA 2.8 overall.
- At least 3 months of internship/co‑op or equivalent technician/maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
- Deliver technical solutions to customers.
- Perform complex engineering assignments involving design, testing, or research as needed.
- Display proficiency in Test Equipment Operation, Troubleshooting, Protective Relays, Power Quality Measurements.
- Generate timely service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
