Janitza North America is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Ashburn, VA, with remote work up to 75% travel. You will lead configuration, installation, and commissioning of our hardware and software portfolio at customer sites, ensuring seamless deployment and performance against specifications.

The role combines hands-on implementation with technical expertise, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable, high-quality project execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, CS, or related field; or 3+ years field support experience.
• Ability to configure, test, and validate integrated hardware/software solutions.
• Experience with Modbus, TCP/IP, OPC UA, MQTT protocols.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Execute on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct functional and acceptance testing to validate system performance against requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during commissioning.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customer personnel.
• Communicate project status and resolutions to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare commissioning reports and maintain field records.

Educación
