Electrify America is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Field Services to coordinate field service scopes, drive diagnostic accuracy, and standardize service delivery. The role interfaces with OEMs, NOC, field techs, and vendors to translate guidance into actionable directions and ensure cost-effective warranty planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant field service experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and repair procedures.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with manufacturers to diagnose field service issues and validate repair steps.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for complex equipment.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides and training materials.
