Job summary

Russelectric, a Siemens business, is hiring Field Service Engineer to support critical power facilities. Three positions will be based in the Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio area, with up to 80% travel and on-call responsibilities for ATS startups and warranty work.

Applicants should have 3+ years in electrical power facilities, read schematics, and be able to work to applicable codes. A high school diploma is required; an associate/bachelor’s in electrical engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in electrical power facilities support (data centers, airports, etc.)
• Experience with automatic transfer switches testing
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints for power control and automation
• Familiar with codes/standards and safety policies
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support automatic transfer switch startups and warranty work
• Provide technical field startup support for standard/non-standard systems
• Travel up to 80% to customer sites
• Ensure safety policy compliance and project timelines
• Communicate with clients to manage scope and charges
