Emerson invites you to join our Field Engineer role in Charlotte, NC, focusing on installation, start-up, and operation of complex distributed control systems at customer sites. You will work with a team of field engineers to analyze and solve engineering problems and deliver hands-on support.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, have 0–2 years of experience, and can travel up to 75%. US work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• On-site instruction of customer personnel and modification of maintenance procedures.
• Direct efforts of customer personnel during installation and routine modification/repair of control systems/sub-systems/equipment.
• Provide engineering advisory assistance to customers and internal liaison on equipment-related matters.
• Create complete and timely reports outlining problems encountered and services performed.
