PCS-I is seeking a qualified technician to perform on-site installation, calibration, and servicing of PCS equipment across the United States. The position calls for a high commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment installation and troubleshooting, along with strong communication skills. The role involves significant travel, with flexibility preferred for the East Coast region.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Experience with laboratory or benchtop equipment installation and calibration.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate PCS instruments at customer sites.
• Provide on-site training to customers on equipment operation.
• Perform scheduled service visits and calibrate existing equipment.
