Job summary

EMSAR - Equipment Management Service and Repair is seeking an intermediate field service engineer responsible for testing, calibration, verification, preventive maintenance, installation and repair across a variety of equipment. This client-facing role requires delivering professional service and adhering to EMSAR quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of technical experience, a valid driver license, and an associate or trade school degree, with the ability to travel regionally

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years technical experience.
• Valid driver license and liability insurance.
• Associates degree or trade school or higher and 1+ years technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, verifications, calibrations, and software/hardware upgrades.
• Serves as client-facing representative for EMSAR and client sites.
• Manages/completes assigned work orders in Servicemax (about 25% of daily duties).
• Operates onsite at client facilities and may assist entry-level technicians.
• Maintains EMSAR assets, tools, parts, and test equipment; adheres to quality processes.
