Job summary

Flowserve in Pasadena, Texas is seeking a Field Service Representative to coordinate with customers on field issues, warranty resolutions, and to carry out site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.

This role requires reading and evaluating customer specifications, preparing cost estimates and quotations, scheduling orders, and compiling technical and commercial offer documents while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relevant field service experience.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Experience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, water industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on field issues and warranty resolutions.
• Perform site commissioning, service and repair work at customer sites.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations.
• Schedule orders and read/interpret customer specifications.
• Compile technical and commercial offer documents.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide technical support and training as needed.
• Follow safety requirements and establish safe work areas.
