Job summary
Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical direction and support to customers on operation and maintenance of our medical products. You will serve as the primary customer contact for technical and service-related issues and demonstrate the benefits of our solutions.
The role requires hands-on installation, preventive maintenance, problem analysis, and training of customer personnel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year working in a field-based repair position.
- Computer skills are essential; familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Able to obtain credit approval for Corporate Credit card.
Responsibilities
- Install, check out, operate, maintain, repair, and upgrade equipment within time requirements.
- Provide preventative maintenance per published procedures.
- Keep performance and maintenance records for equipment.
- Provide guidance and training to customer personnel on operation and maintenance procedures.
- Analyze equipment failures to determine cause and recommend corrective action.
- Advise on design changes to improve efficiency or reduce costs; participate in installation planning.
- Maintain good customer relations through clear communication and professional appearance.
