Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical direction and customer support for operation/maintenance of company products. You will be the primary customer contact for technical and service issues, demonstrating product advantages and coordinating with Sales, QA/QC and R&D to resolve concerns and implement corrective actions.

The role may cover a designated region. Salary range is $29.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, check out, operate, maintain, repair, and upgrade equipment within time requirements.
• Provide preventative maintenance and keep performance/maintenance records.
• Train customer personnel on operation, maintenance, inspection procedures, and techniques.
• Analyze equipment failures and recommend corrective action.
• Assist in design changes to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
• Manage on-site arrival times and maintain professional company image.
• Oversee assets including vehicle, stock parts, test equipment and tools.
