Job summary

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely and on-site as customer needs arise.
• Create documentation detailing best practices, SOPs, and resolution techniques.
• Provide initial training to end users and maintenance staff on AutoStore and Kardex subsystems.
• Support ramp-up activities during project start.
• Travel to project sites, including extended deployments; total travel 30–40%.
