Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical engineering or related field required.
• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment and diagnostics preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation/relocation startup services for Lam systems.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot issues to component level, and minimize downtime.
• Stay current on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through training.
• Assist in field modifications and coordinate activities between Lam and customers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and create customer response action plans to support needs.
• Discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to build trust.
• Provide technical instruction and mentor junior engineers.
