Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years experience, or an advanced degree.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
• Able to work in a clean room environment with PPE.
• Travel domestically and internationally; flexible shifts including overtime and on-call.
• Graduate eligible role.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services of Lam’s complex systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate issues to component level and minimize downtime.
• Keep up to date on semiconductor capital equipment through training and certification.
• Maintain records and reports coordinating activities between Lam and the customer.
• Serve as a Lam representative delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to increase trust.
• Update customers on Lam tool status as needed.
