Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment at customer sites, primarily around Phoenix. You will lead deployment activities and work with teams to ensure reliable operation.

You will develop project plans, install and test systems, and provide tech support while documenting results and maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel up to 50% and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED. Technical degree preferred.
• Experience: Electrical start-up and testing including circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Travel: 50%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting of installed equipment.
• Develop and manage site-specific project plans.
• Coordinate with IT for equipment networking and testing.
• Interpret specifications and create service documentation.
• Implement software updates and testing; document results.
• Maintain customer relationships regarding equipment functionality.
