Job summary

Actus Consulting Group in Phoenix/Chandler, AZ is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to install, maintain and troubleshoot electronics equipment for customers at site and on call. Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• 6+ months of domestic/international training before stationed in Arizona.
• Japanese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives service calls from customers and determines needs.
• Performs preventive maintenance on Company products.
• Provides on-site or remote technical guidance and repair coordination.
• Trains customers in usage and maintenance of products.
• Maintains liaison with Japan HQ on product applications.
• Submits service and expense reports to management in a timely manner.
