Job summary

CECO Environmental Corporation is hiring a Field Services Specialist to perform on-site installation, start-up, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of equipment. The role requires strong field service skills, CAD/PLC knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively across the United States.

We seek candidates with 5+ years in field services, an engineering or electronics background, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

5+ years in field services or technician roles.
Engineering/electronics background; degree preferred.
Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to read technical docs, CAD drawings, and PLC/HMI specs.
Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Execute established field services processes and procedures.
On-site installation, equipment start-up and commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ensure all field service projects are completed within budget and deadline to meet customer needs.
Maintain contact with other departments to support planning and budget objectives.
Communicate with customers and team members to build trust and resolve issues.
