Job summary

Del Medical, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair radiographic imaging equipment across healthcare facilities in Texas. You will configure systems, provide on-site travel, and ensure service records are complete.

The ideal candidate has a biomedical or electrical engineering degree, 3–5 years of field service experience in medical devices, and strong customer-service skills. Willingness to travel 100% and hold a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of field service experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience with radiographic products and contrast media injectors is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and communications skills; customer-focused.
• Ability to travel extensively, including short-notice assignments.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure radiographic imaging equipment and injectors at healthcare facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Provide on-site training and remote technical support to customers.
• Maintain service records, work orders, and parts used; ensure regulatory compliance.
