Job summary

A technical services provider seeks a Field Service Engineer I, II, or III in Central Florida. This role involves technical support and maintenance of X-Ray and medical imaging equipment, requiring travel to client locations. Responsibilities include service installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of various modalities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of imaging equipment and excellent communication skills. Flexibility in working hours and on-call duty is expected, along with hands-on experience in field service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of imaging equipment, basic computer and electrical systems.
• Experience with hands-on field service tools and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated technical acumen, business knowledge, and commitment to teamwork.
• Willing to travel and work independently.
• Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on various modalities of medical imaging equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance (PM) and quality assurance (QA) inspections.
• Assist and communicate with the ASM to identify critical customer issues.
• Represent PMI's core values as the backbone of our business.
• Rotate through an on-call schedule for after hour customer service calls.
