Job summary

A nationwide provider of medical imaging solutions is looking for an experienced X-ray Field Service Engineer to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of medical imaging equipment. The role provides flexibility with a home office base and requires limited travel. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in the medical imaging field, strong technical skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in the Medical Imaging Field Service industry.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for medical imaging equipment.
• Install imaging equipment and ensure site readiness to OEM specifications.
• Complete necessary state and FDA paperwork for installations.
• Order parts and maintain compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Provide on-call service coverage after normal business hours.
• Complete administrative tasks as required by company policy.
