Job summary

A medical imaging solutions provider is seeking an experienced X-Ray Field Service Engineer. This full-time, mid-senior level position is home office based with limited travel. Responsibilities include providing maintenance and technical support for various medical imaging equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in the field, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medical Imaging Field Service industry.
• Training on Carestream, Quantum, Canon, and Del Medical Imaging equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for medical imaging equipment.
• Install equipment and assist with site inspections and interaction with customers.
• Complete all necessary state and FDA paperwork for installations.
• Order parts and supplies to maintain equipment.
• Provide 'On-Call' service coverage as needed.
