Job summary

Werfen is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Phoenix, AZ to install, service, and maintain complex diagnostic instruments across North America. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize performance while building strong customer relationships and meeting service targets.

Ideal candidates have an Associates degree in Electronics or related field, at least 3 years in a technical role, and are willing to travel up to 90% with flexible hours and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or related; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical/support or field service role.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of time and work on extended/flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on Werfen instruments.
• Diagnose faults and perform thorough corrective actions.
• Maintain service records and timely customer-facing reports.
• Travel and on-site customer support to ensure reliability and satisfaction.
