Responsibilities

• Provides on-site installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and product enhancements on Werfen instruments and systems.
• Diagnoses and isolates instrument issues to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Delivers high-level customer service to retain customers and coordinate with Sales and Applications teams.
• Escalates unresolved technical issues and advises customers on maintenance and troubleshooting.
