Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Field Service Representative to support Land Phalanx Weapon Systems (LPWS) with rotational deployments to CENTCOM OC/CONUS locations. The role involves field service, training, installation, and maintenance during extended deployments, with onsite work at Fort Sill, OK when not deployed.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with relevant experience and an active SECRET clearance, willingness to travel up to 100% and work in demanding

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2+ years relevant experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience in combat systems support and maintenance of weapon systems.
• Active SECRET security clearance or Interim Clearance required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter support and training to force protection personnel on system configurations.
• Inspect, test, and align designated systems to specifications.
• Troubleshoot faults using schematics, drawings, and GPETE.
• Provide up-to-date training on operation, maintenance, and repair of the system.
• Assist in obtaining OEM data through proper channels.
• Develop and support installation, maintenance, and operation of equipment and communications systems.
• Evaluate and document field operational capability and report results to customer.
