Job summary

Northstrat Incorporated is seeking a CONUS-based Field Service Representative to maintain regional PACOM USSF systems. The role requires installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electronic systems, plus instructor experience for military hosts as needed.

The position includes travel to various locations, hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting, and administratively tracking tasks in Jira. Strong teamwork, security clearance, and the ability to work with OEM vendors are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a US government top-secret clearance (active preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting complex hardware and network issues.
• Windows and Linux system administration expertise.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required.
• Ability to travel on short notice and support CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with military customers to understand needs and resolve issues.
• Manage service calls and respond in a timely manner.
• Installations, troubleshooting, and system checks for deployed hardware.
• Provide basic system administration training to users.
• Track tasks in Jira and support asset management.
