Job summary

Nikon Precision Inc. (NPI) in Chandler, AZ is seeking Field Service Engineers to install, service and maintain Nikon lithography tools at customer sites. This role requires on-site visits, client interaction, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a cleanroom environment.

You will troubleshoot, repair, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance, with occasional travel (<10%). The position offers competitive pay, overtime eligibility, and comprehensive benefits, including retirement plans and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Requires electronics and/or mechanical engineering background with hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of optics and pneumatics is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and on-site repair skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on Nikon equipment.
• Provide on-site service for the customer as detailed in the service agreement.
• Install or relocate customer equipment and perform associated start-up and check-out procedures.
• Report and communicate technical issues and provide feedback on technical documentation.
