Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or STEM field.
- 3+ years of technical customer service, field service engineering, or technical support in lab or life-science environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose from symptoms to root cause using documented procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer service for MLD and RRD products, including troubleshooting and resolution.
- Support installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, and field service activities in the NJ/NYC metro.
- Coordinate with internal teams to translate issues into actionable updates and drive improvements.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
