Job summary
Agilent Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support pharmaceutical customers across Catalonia, Spain. The role requires a recent degree in Chemistry or related field, hands-on chromatography equipment experience, and capabilities in installation, maintenance, software and training on LC/GC systems.
You will work remotely with short/medium travel to sites within your geography, and earn a company car, pension, and bonus package.
Qualifications
- Requires university degree in chemistry or related field within the last 24 months.
- Experience with computer/software/server connected equipment.
- Proactive, self-driven with curiosity and willingness to learn new products/services.
- Strong soft skills are mandatory for customer-facing role.
- Fluency in Spanish and high level of English.
Responsibilities
- Install and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve product and application performance problems.
- Conduct maintenance, compliance verification and customer training.
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations impacting performance.
- Address customer service requests and communicate proactively.
