Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in a relevant technical field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a technical service role is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Install and train customers on laser and vision-based systems.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide remote technical support and manage customer queries.

Ability to interpret NC programming

Education

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Photonics Technology
