Qualifications

- 5 years of progressive field service experience or 1-2 years with Bachelor's degree.
- Must complete RD Services training and certification.
- Willingness to travel overnight.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site service, repair and installation of Roche products.
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain quality systems and document activities.
- Serve as technical resource and support after hours when needed.
