Job summary

Werfen is seeking a Field Service professional to install, maintain, and optimize lab automation systems at healthcare facilities nationwide, predominantly on-site. The role focuses on precise installations, timely repairs, and minimizing downtime to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities include performing qualifications, upgrades, and coordinating with customer teams, while ensuring compliance with Quality and Regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related training required.
• Minimum 2 years in a Service, Support, or healthcare customer-facing environment.
• Working knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems and network connectivity.
• Windows OS proficiency from legacy to current version.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Werfen’s lab automation systems.
• Troubleshoot to minimize downtime and ensure system performance.
• Coordinate with the customer’s engineering, facilities, IT, and management teams.
• Complete operation qualification tests and software/hardware upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with Quality and Regulatory requirements.
