Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a field service professional to provide technical direction and support for operation and maintenance of medical equipment. You will serve as a primary technical contact, train customer staff, and collaborate with sales, QA/QC, and R&D to resolve issues and drive improvements.

The role requires strong problem solving, communication, and the ability to travel as needed. Competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working in a field-based repair position.
• Computer skills essential; comfortable with Windows and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Able to obtain corporate credit card approval.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Install, check out, operate, maintain, repair, and upgrade equipment on schedule.
• Provide preventative maintenance following published procedures.
• Keep performance and maintenance records for equipment.
• Train customer personnel on operation and maintenance procedures.
• Analyze failures to determine cause and corrective action.
• Suggest design changes to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
• May participate in installation planning and on-site activities.
• Maintain customer goodwill through clear communication and professional conduct.
• Manage assets including vehicle, tools, inventory, and test equipment.
• Comply with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies.
