Job summary

Nigara Solutions Pvt Ltd in the United States is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide technical support, diagnose hardware and software issues, and perform repairs or installations at customer sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop technical documentation, stay current with new technologies, and help ensure high-quality service delivery for our IT services clients.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least two years of experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT Services & Consulting.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with products and equipment.
• Conduct site visits to diagnose problems and perform repairs or installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product releases to improve service delivery.
