Job summary

Nice is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to install, maintain, and upgrade NICE products at customer sites across the United States. You will troubleshoot technical issues, draft implementation plans, and collaborate with client's system engineers to ensure optimal performance of NICE platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years experience in enterprise application installation, knowledge of Windows Server, and excellent customer communication skills. Join our team and contribute to customer satisfaction while working independently or within a larger team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in installation and configuration of enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and root cause identification.
• Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCP, networking, database, or telephony) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and deploy NICE products at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installation and configuration.
• Collaborate with clients' System Engineers to support NICE infrastructure.
