Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Military equivalent.
• 2+ years of field service, maintenance, or technical support preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and configure equipment per requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues.
• Respond to service calls and provide customer support.
• Document service activities and maintenance records accurately.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Travel frequently to customer locations.
