Job summary

Nordson Electronics Solutions seeks an experienced engineer to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including customer demonstrations, on-site installations, and servicing of complex equipment for all products and markets. You will check operational quality, train customers, and may serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

Supports both pre-sales and post-sales activities including customer demonstrations, material evaluation, on-site installations, and servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems for all products and markets.
Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment and instructs customers in operation and maintenance.
May also participate in Call Center Phone Support and CRM system and perform other internal activities; may become primary technical contact for specific accounts.
