Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Military Equivalent.
• 2+ years of field service, maintenance, or technical support experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage service tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Travel frequently to customer locations as required.

Education and Experience Requirements

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays. Ability and willingness to occasionally travel internationally on an as needed basis. Travel Required.
