Job summary

Semyung India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales and Service Engineer for our Delhi, OH on-site role. You will install, commission, and service industrial testing and safety equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications and reliable operation.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train users while collaborating with the sales team on proposals and demonstrations. Travel to customer sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for industrial machinery and test systems.
• Hands-on field service experience including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support.
• Maintenance and repair skills, including preventive maintenance and component-level servicing.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, and safety documentation.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and work in industrial/lab environments.
• Experience with EV, battery, or industrial test equipment is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools for service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain industrial testing and safety equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during field visits.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation.
• Provide technical support and user training to customers and staff.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand requirements and support demonstrations and trials.
• Document service activities and report recurring issues to improve product performance.
