Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in field-based commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical power distribution systems.
• Experience with protection and control relays (SEL, GE Multilin, Siemens SIPROTEC) and associated software.
• Use of relay testing equipment such as Omicron and Doble test sets.
• Work with low- and medium-voltage switchgear and electrical control circuits.
• Ability to interpret test data and document findings clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to ~80% domestically.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and start up MV/LV power distribution equipment (approximately 480V–38kV).
• Perform hands-on commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of protection relays.
• Use Omicron, Doble, and relay software to validate system performance.
• Support greenfield and brownfield projects including commissioning, maintenance, and emergency response.
• Analyze test results and prepare clear field reports documenting findings.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to provide technical support and training.
• Travel extensively to job sites across the U.S. for field execution.
