Job summary

EMSAR, headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio, seeks a capable field service engineer to perform testing, calibration, verification, preventive maintenance, installation and repair on laboratory instrumentation, medical devices, kiosk equipment and UPS/distribution systems. You’ll be the client-facing representative, delivering quality service and maintaining EMSAR standards.

You will manage work orders in Servicemax, uphold safety and procedure guidelines, and work with dispatch to schedule onsite

Qualifications

Analytical: read and interpret technical instructions, safety manuals and procedures.
Requires 2–4 years of technical experience in field service or related role.
Valid driver's license and liability insurance required; ability to drive personal or company vehicles.
Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing duties.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, calibrations and software/hardware upgrades.
Install and test EMSAR supported equipment at client sites.
Manage work orders and document service activities in Servicemax.
Quality-focused tasks following EMSAR and vendor guidelines.
Collaborate with dispatch and client staff to coordinate service visits.
