Job summary

Semyung India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales and Service Engineer for our Delhi, OH on-site role. You will install, commission, and service industrial testing and safety equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications and reliable operation.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train users while collaborating with the sales team on proposals and demonstrations. Travel to customer sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer based in Delhi, OH. The person in this role will support customers by installing, commissioning, and maintaining industrial testing and safety equipment, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with technical specifications. Daily responsibilities include conducting field service visits, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and providing technical support and user training. The Sales and Service Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, prepare basic technical proposals, and assist in demonstrations and trials. The role also involves documenting service activities, reporting recurring issues, and coordinating with the wider engineering team to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
