TEWS of America Corp. seeks a Field Service Engineer to deliver expert technical service to customers across the United States and abroad. You will commission equipment, train customers, troubleshoot, and support TEWS measurement systems in diverse process industries.

The role involves on-site and remote support, calibration model development, and collaboration with TEWS personnel in Germany. Domestic and international travel up to 50% is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience with quality-control systems and process instrumentation.
• Experience installing/commissioning maintaining industrial measurement instruments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic & international).
• Authorized to work in the United States; valid passport.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer needs promptly and meet service expectations.
• Provide on-site and remote support for TEWS measurement systems.
• Install guidance and commissioning of in-line moisture and density systems.
• Develop, validate, and optimize calibration models for products and processes.
• Coordinate with TEWS personnel for complex issues and parts.
