Job summary

TEWS of America Corp. in Raleigh, NC seeks a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical support for TEWS moisture and density systems across the US and abroad.

You will install, calibrate, commission equipment, troubleshoot issues, and train customers on TEWS software and instruments. You'll work with manufacturing clients, travel up to 50%, and collaborate with TEWS engineers in Germany for complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with quality-control systems and electrical and/or mechanical instrumentation in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service by responding professionally to customer needs and meeting service expectations.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for TEWS measurement systems, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repair, and performance evaluation.
• Install, commission, and calibrate in-line moisture and density measurement systems; advise on laboratory TEWS systems.
• Assist customers with development and validation of calibration models for their products and processes.
• Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate replacement parts and technical resources; liaise with TEWS engineers as needed.
• Train customers in device operation and TEWS software; document service activities and findings clearly.
