Job summary

TEWS of America Corp. in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across the United States and abroad. You will install, troubleshoot, and calibrate moisture and density measurement systems and provide on-site and remote technical support.

The role requires an engineering degree, 5+ years in manufacturing, travel up to 50%, and the ability to manage service visits, train users, and coordinate with TEWS teams in Germany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience installing, commissioning, maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing industrial measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for TEWS measurement systems, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Install, commission, and calibrate in-line moisture and density measurement systems in manufacturing environments.
• Train customers on proper use and maintenance of TEWS equipment and software.
• Coordinate service visit schedules and document findings, parts, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with TEWS personnel in Germany when guidance is needed and ensure safety protocols are followed.
